The
Knowlton Foundation, owner of the Knowlton Ice Museum in Port Huron
Township, has purchased the former Spike Furniture building in downtown
Port Huron and will convert it into the new Knowlton Museum and office
space.
In a complicated and still evolving
transaction that began last summer, the Knowlton Foundation will be
seeking IRS and Community Foundation approval to convert from a private
operating foundation into a subsidiary corporation of the Community (cont.)
Gerald
Kramer, president of Kramer Realty, Inc. serves on the Community
Foundation of St. Clair County's Executive Committee as a
Member-At-Large.
The Community Foundation of St.
Clair County is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping its
donors achieve their individual charitable and philanthropic goals
through the creation, management and administration of permanently
endowed funds.

Back to School is a community sponsored event, organized by the Community Foundation’s Women’s Initiative, to help kids from low income families in St. Clair County have a successful start to school.
Gerry

is provided to recipients and their families.
